Treated to a lavish setting, delicious gourmet cuisine, and top-notch service throughout the evening. A live band kept the atmosphere lively, playing popular hits and getting everyone on their feet. The elegant decor, along with the friendly staff, ensured a memorable experience for all attendees.

We had a wonderful new year eve party organized by Naren and the dj , dance crew madr the event in a higher level. food with welcome drink was really nice and the rooms were at high level cleanliness and comfortable. The staff Tamil Selvan and the team they were quick in actions . Would highly recommend this place for future events.

I recently visited The Palms Hotel at Horchurch for one of the New Year Party event !! That was amazing organised by Naren (Dream Events NR) and also I stayed here couple of days with my family .This was my first time staying at The Palms. I was very impressed with the staffs’ friendliness and the customer service. The rooms are modern, clean, and well maintained. The food court in the hotel is decent and with a good selection. I really liked how the prices were reasonable, even for water bottles. I would definitely stay here again. Also, parking is still free! What a nice perk. The prices for the rooms were reasonable.

We had a fun New Year's party here, complete with dancing and entertainment. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed a variety of drinks. The area was well-secured, making it safe and easy to access. The TV provided access to YouTube and Netflix, which enhanced our experience.
However, there was a problem with the shower due to low water pressure. The main reason I rated it 2 stars is that the noise level was quite high; I could hear people talking at a normal volume across the hallway, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

We hosted my brother’s wedding and the food was paid for 120 guests. Due to Christmas holidays, lots of people did not show up. Anyways there was not enough food. It was rationed, portion size was small. They served in small dishes at every table and wouldn’t refill once it ran out at a table. There was barely any dessert. Tea tasted bad. And they barely gave any food once event was over. No one ate properly and complained about the food. Food went missing. Overall I’d say I don’t think I’d want to host another event here or at least get food catered from the venue.

There for a function, seeing a bit of an ongoing young lady's 16th. Lovely atmosphere. Not rowdy, irrespective of number of functions. Reassuring presence of present yet non-interruptive security. Very nice setting 👍🏾

Palms hotel in Romford is an ideal venue for events and parties
Owners have designed it up to a very high specs with a grand banquet halls lovely bar with amazing drinks and around 140 rooms for stay and ample of parking space it is a full package for weddings too
Loved the decor and food there too
Chef is amazing and staff are very friendly and polite
Have been recently for a wedding reception party abd had a great time

Over the weekend, we organized a two-day program at this hotel, hosting 200 participants, including 140 overnight guests. The environment was beautiful, very clean, and highly functional. I can confidently say that the sound system and display screens in the conference hall were the best I’ve seen so far. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive.
I would especially like to thank Lana, who was incredibly supportive and helpful during our stay.
This venue is ideal for both day visits and events such as weddings or seminars. I highly recommend it to everyone!
